G2.Kinguin have officially re-entered the Counter-Strike scene. When G2.Kinguin announced that their previous CS:GO team will become part of the FaZe Clan, they also confirmed that it was only a matter of time before they signed a new squad.
G2.Kinguin announced on Monday that they are welcoming the former team Titan into their G2 esports organisation!
Just in case you are unsure who is the roster:-
- Kévin “Ex6TenZ” Droolans
- Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom
- Cédric “RpK” Guipouy
- Richard “shox” Papillon
- Edouard “SmithZz” Dubourdeaux
Here is what they had to say:-
“These are some of the most talented and storied players in the world, and we are ecstatic to have the opportunity to work with them, especially with ScreaM, who at one point was part of our previous roster.” – G2.Kinguin
“We are both proud and happy to announce that we are joining G2. This club has experienced an awesome development in recent months, owed mainly to the hard work of a competent management team led by Carlos. The players and I are driven by the will to build long-term relationships with the people we work with, and in that respect G2 was the best choice. After Team VeryGames and Titan, this is the beginning of a new chapter for us, and our main goal is to get back to the top of the CS:GO rankings, of which we have been out for far too long.” – Jérôme “NiaK” Sudrie
You will not have to wait long to watch the team in action under G2.Kinguin as the players will be dressed in their silver jerseys at the Game Show Global eSports Cup finals, which will take place from February 4th-7th in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We would like to wish the new team (Kinda) the best of luck in the future.
